Keynote Speaker

Joe Sullivan

Joe is the CEO of Ukraine Friends. He also advises and consults on security best practices.  He spent 20 years working in executive roles at technology companies, most recently as the first Chief Security Officer at Cloudflare for 4.5 years. Before that he spent 2.5 years at Uber as their first CSO. Before that, Joe was the CSO at Facebook where he led their information security, product security, investigations, and law enforcement relationship teams for 6 years.  Joe also spent 6 years at eBay and PayPal. Joe started his career with 8 years in the United States Department of Justice.  He was a founding member of a unit dedicated to full prosecution of technology-related crimes. In 2016, President Obama appointed Joe a commissioner on his cybersecurity commission.

Renee Guttmann-Stark

Renee Guttmann-Stark is an accomplished global information security and privacy executive. Renee has extensive Information Security and Privacy expertise spanning a 30 year career. She was the first CISO at Coca-Cola, Royal Caribbean, and Time Warner Inc. She has received several awards for leadership and support for Women in Cybersecurity. Renee is a serial early-stage adopter of cybertechnology solutions and published a white paper on the Risks/Benefits of Early Adoption. She was one of the first judges at RSAC's Innovation Sandbox and a member of the panel until 2016. She most recently spoke at RSA 2024 on the final keynote panel.

Martin Bally

Martin Bally is the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer of Campbells and has over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity. Martin has global experience in Information, Cyber, CPG, Automotive Manufacturing, Digital, and Product Development Security. Martin has held the Global CISO position at Stellantis, Diebold, American Axle & Manufacturing, and TRW Automotive. In 2020 and 2023, Cyber Defense Magazine recognized Martin as a top 100 CISO.

Chris Hetner

Chris is a Senior Executive, Board Director, and a leader in Cybersecurity recognized for raising cyber risk to the corporate Board level to protect industries, infrastructures, and economies. He created operational resilience by aligning robust cybersecurity strategies with business objectives. He successfully led diverse teams, in multiple global locations, through transformative thinking about cyber-risk management, Cybersecurity policy, and regulatory compliance to embrace change and become cultures of action and collaboration. 

Hetner’s thought leadership is actively sought by governments, private and public entities, industry associations, and media outlets as the threats to critical infrastructure and economies increase.

Erik Wille 

Erik Wille is the Chief Information Security Officer for Cabinetworks Group.  He is passionate about transforming security into a game changing business differentiator driving risk centric results in a complex environment while empowering employees to make sound risk decisions in and out of the office. Prior to joining Cabinetworks Group, Erik was the global CISO for American Axle & Manufacturing and Head of Information Security for Penske Automotive Group where he had the opportunity to build a global information security program from the ground up. 

Erik is President and CEO of CXO Xchange, Co-Host on the Great Security Debate Podcast, holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Information Assurance from Walsh College, Executive MBA from the University of Michigan, and is certified as a CISSP, GPEN, GWAPT and CCSK.

Rocco Grillo

Rocco Grillo is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in New York and leads the firm’s Global Cyber Risk and Incident Response Services practice. He leads multidisciplinary teams that provide cyber risk and incident response services to clients. With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Grillo provides clients with cybersecurity advisory services, incident response investigations and other technical advice, including providing guidance to C-suite and board members.

He has been a trusted partner of multiple government agencies, including the FBI and the U.S. Secret Service, where his expertise was instrumental in investigating and resolving a variety of cyber-based crimes over the last 15 years. Mr. Grillo sits on CREST’S Americas Council and served as an affiliate board advisor to industry ISACs. He supported the development of the Financial Services-ISAC annual simulated Cyber-attack Against Payment Systems (CAPS) Exercise and helped conduct the Retail & Hospitality-ISAC’s first ever industry-wide exercise last year. In 2022 & 2023, Chambers and Partners recognized Mr. Grillo as a spotlighted and Band 1 expert in Cybersecurity Risk and The Consulting Report recognized him in the top 5 of its Top 50 cybersecurity leaders.

Tabice Ward 

Tabice Ward is a cybersecurity executive with over 35 years of experience in the utility and education sectors. As a former CISO, she has led the strategic direction and transformation of large complex security organizations including regulatory compliance, business continuity and crisis management programs. She also has extensive experience managing large technical teams in IT system delivery, operations, and business relationship management functions.

As an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy, she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in computer information systems. She passionately advocates for education and promotes opportunities for the next generation of technology professionals. She is committed to driving sustainable impact, being of service and influence. Her contributions have earned her national recognition as a leading cybersecurity executive and a woman of color in STEM.

Ryan Wisniewski

Ryan Wisniewski is the Incident Response Lead at Obsidian Security, where he applies his expertise in delivering high-quality incident response solutions tailored to the unique needs of each customer. He focuses on providing actionable insights, advanced threat intelligence, and swift remediation strategies to minimize the impact of cybersecurity threats.

Rajan Kapoor

Rajan is the Field CISO at Material Security. With over 20 years of experience in cybersecurity, privacy, and information technology, Rajan has held technical roles across various industries, including tech, finance, media, advertising, consulting, and political risk. Before joining Material Security, Rajan was the Director of Security at Dropbox, where he led the Data Security and Account Security teams. 

In addition to his professional roles, Rajan has also contributed to the cybersecurity community by serving on the board of the Vendor Security Alliance (VSA). The VSA is dedicated to improving the security review process for vendors and their customers.
