Martin Bally

Martin is the former Global CISO of Stellantis and has over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity. Martin has global experience in Information, Cyber, CPG, Automotive Manufacturing, Digital, and Product Development Security. In 2020 and 2023, Cyber Defense Magazine recognized Martin as a top 100 CISO.

Scott Sadlocha

Scott Sadlocha is United Wholesale Mortgage's Chief Information Security Officer. In this role, Scott leads UWM's highly skilled Information Security team. He is responsible for the cybersecurity efforts that protect critical borrower data at the nation's largest wholesale mortgage lender while ensuring the security program's overall resiliency and maturity.

 

Scott's 25 years in the technology industry include 11 years in mortgage and financial services and 14 years in the automotive industry, where he has served in varying technical and leadership roles across the technology and security spectrums. Scott is a member of the Evanta Detroit CISO Community Governing Body, a member of the CISO ExecNet Advisory Council, a Board Member of CXO Xchange, and active in several information security communities and groups. He is a graduate of Wayne State University with a degree in Information Systems Management, holds a number of certifications, including CISSP, and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Chris Burrows 

Chris Burrows is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Rocket Companies, where he leads the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies to safeguard the company’s data and systems. His expertise in IT security is crucial in maintaining the firm's industry-leading security practices.

Karla Thomas - Moderator 

Karla is a recently retired IT executive with over 30 years of achievement in collaborating closely with business leadership, leveraging technology to support business initiatives and in leading, developing and mentoring IT colleagues in multiple disciplines.  Her diverse background encompasses leadership roles across training, support, infrastructure, audit and security domains as well as project management. 

She excelled in bridging the gap between IT and the business and recognized as a thought leader having spoken at key CISO and CIO events.  Board reporting, risk management, data privacy, cyber security, incident response, security awareness training, internal controls and audit are key areas of skill and expertise.  After retirement, Karla has continued to share her talents and passion for cyber security as Vice President of the Michigan Alliance of Infragard and as a board member of CXO Xchange.

Tim McCormick 

Tim, a seasoned NBA veteran, brings an extensive basketball career to the keynote speaker presentation. During his ten seasons in the league, Tim played for teams such as the Seattle Supersonics, Philadelphia 76ers, New Jersey Nets, and several others, after being drafted by Cleveland with the #12 pick in the 1984 draft. With his extensive experience both on the court and as a leader, Tim applies the principles discussed in his book, "Never Be Average," to various aspects of professional development and strategic thinking.

Andy Albrecht 

Andrew Albrecht is currently the CISO at Domino's, where he oversees a dynamic Cybersecurity team for one of the World’s leading QSR organizations. His team is responsible for all aspects of information security — everything from establishing strategy to running a best-in-class security operations center (SOC) dedicated to monitoring a critical environment.

Andrew has over 28 years of experience in the cybersecurity arena, previously serving as CISO at IAA Holdings before joining the Domino's team. He has also held either CISO, or Senior Executive (Deputy CISO-level) Cybersecurity roles at Designer Brands, The Michael's Companies, La Quinta Inns & Suites, LBrands, and Best Buy. Andrew is a proud United States Air Force Veteran and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science degree in Security Technology from the University of Minnesota.

Mark Williams 

Mark Williams is an accomplished IT professional with over 25 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence in the industry. As IT Director of Global Networks, Perimeter Security, and Cloud Networking, he leads the adoption of advanced technologies across enterprise and global manufacturing operations. His work focuses on enhancing end-user experiences through zero-trust-enabled solutions, software-defined networks, and cloud infrastructure services. Previously, Mark held key roles at General Motors in the Manufacturing Software Development organization and in Global Infrastructure at TRW Automotive.

 

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University, an MBA in Global Technology Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He also serves on the MIS Advisory Board at Oakland University and Wayne State University's Information Technology programs, demonstrating his commitment to fostering the next generation of IT leaders

Darren Webb is the Vice President of Security IT and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at McLaren Health Care, where he oversees global network services, technology, and infrastructure security. With over 25 years of IT experience, Darren specializes in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure management, and strategic project leadership.

Tabice Ward - Moderator 

Tabice Ward is a cybersecurity executive with over 35 years of experience in the utility and education sectors. As a former CISO, she has led the strategic direction and transformation of large complex security organizations including regulatory compliance, business continuity and crisis management programs. She also has extensive experience managing large technical teams in IT system delivery, operations, and business relationship management functions.

As an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Mercy, she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in computer information systems. She passionately advocates for education and promotes opportunities for the next generation of technology professionals. She is committed to driving sustainable impact, being of service and influence. Her contributions have earned her national recognition as a leading cybersecurity executive and a woman of color in STEM.
